Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who remain beyond the agreed check-out time are liable for all resulting costs and expenses incurred by us.
Guests may not make reservations within their own place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book within your home city.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, including balconies and common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us before their stay.
Guests are responsible and liable for the replacement costs of lost keys and remote controls.
Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
Guests are responsible and liable for damages or losses to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to the host.
Do not light candles! They can trigger the fire alarm very quickly.
By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
